The BEACH BARK® Brittle Company is excited to bring you a unique line of sweet, salty & crunchy snacks, made in small batches, affectionately named BEACH BARK®.

Our artisan selections are multi-layered, starting with a glassy toffee bottom, crispy cracker middle, topped with rich Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate or Butterscotch, and finished with unique toppings.

Our story began when a boy from Southern California met a girl from Hawaii. They fell in love and started a family. Every night after dinner, she would serve their growing 'Ohana' (Hawaiian term meaning family) something sweet for dessert. One of the family favorites was her multi layered toffee and brittle creation, she called "beach-bark." The family started selling various types of BEACH BARK® at local craft fairs, school functions, and fundraisers. Demand outgrew what they could bake in their small kitchen and the BEACH BARK® Brittle Company was born. BEACH BARK® is the perfect blend of sweet, salty and crunchy. We hope that you will enjoy the various kinds of BEACH BARK® as much as our family.

Coconut BEACH BARK® is the original flavor that started our company. Deliciously designed with a glassy toffee bottom that enrobes a crispy cracker middle, topped with Dark Chocolate, finished with shaved coconut and dusted with pink salt.

Butterscotch BEACH BARK® begins with a glassy toffee bottom that enrobes a crispy butter cracker middle, topped with rich Butterscotch and finished with pretzel sticks.

Rum Butter Walnut BEACH BARK® begins with a glassy toffee bottom that enrobes a crispy butter cracker middle, topped with White Chocolate, finished with walnuts, dusted with cinnamon and pink salt.

S'mores BEACH BARK® begins with a glassy toffee bottom that enrobes a crispy graham cracker middle, topped with Dark Chocolate and finished with marshmallows.

Peppermint BEACH BARK® our White Chocolate Peppermint BARK - 1/4 lb. bag

Our seasonal favorite starts with a crispy wafer enrobed with glassy butter toffee, covered with rich peppermint white chocolate and finished with candy cane dust. Each bag gives over a 1/4 lb. of BARK that delivers a perfect balance between crunchy, creamy and a satisfying peppermint finish in every bite!
