Some of America’s earliest battles and victories (Bunker Hill and the Battle of Boston) were fought under a banner declaring “an appeal to Heaven.” Today we are once again appealing to Heaven asking for Gods grace and blessing upon America. The main text is II Chronicles 7:14 and along the bottom of the print are seven flag bearers with six popular Bible verses associated with prayer. (James 5:16, Mark 11:23, 24, Luke 10: 17-19, 1 John 5:14, 15, II Corinthians 10:3, 4 , Luke 11:9, 10).
