These things work! I recommend to use a needle nose pilers while doing this. Insert the strip into the drain, work it in there and shove it as far as it will, now twist it a bit. Pull it back up. Use the pilers to remove the wet, slippery gross hair wad off. Wipe the strip clean with a rag, and get back in there. This will get that clog up, and it goes in farther and farther each time. If you use this every now and then you can keep the drain running free all the time by not letting it build up. They do work!
